Health and fitness are an important part of life, but working out is not always fun. Sometimes it can be difficult to find a workout that works for you, especially if you’re new to working out. Recently a youtuber, Chloe Ting, came out with some workout videos that immediately became popular. Chloe Ting is a 34 year old health and fitness youtuber, who has also produced several free workout programs. She has gained many followers since she started youtube and she now has 13.8 million subscribers this year. Chloe first started her channel in 2011, but it was mostly fashion and travel. Later on in 2017 she completely transitioned to health and fitness only. Her workouts have shown good results and are very helpful for beginners and those who do not have much knowledge on fitness. In her free workout programs, she includes a schedule for everyday, as well as rest days. On her youtube channel, she also has several videos focused around healthy recipes for whatever your fitness goals are. Although her platform is focused around health and fitness, she still promotes self-love and body positive images. Chloe states, “Don’t compare yourself to another person, if you need to take break then take breaks.” So why not get out there and try some of her programs for yourself, but remember don’t push yourself too hard, and as Chloe would say, rest days are always good!
