Paul McCartney Announces New Album ‘McCartney III’
October 26, 2020
Beatles fans around the world can rejoice! Paul McCartney has released his first album since the 80’s. The follow up to ‘McCartney II’ called ‘McCartney III’ will drop on December 11th, 2020. The album will feature McCartney playing all the instruments by himself on all original songs he wrote.
Inspired by Covid-19 boredom, he decided to record and create music in his studio at his farm. McCartney states “Each day I’d start recording with the instrument I wrote the song on and then gradually layer it all up; it was a lot of fun,” he added. “It was about making music for yourself rather than making music that has to do a job. So, I just did stuff I fancied doing. I had no idea this would end up as an album.” The world will be certainly thankful for this musical gift.
