Updates: Teachers During Covid

Maddy Couch, Writer

The teachers at Whitewater continue to help keep us safe and help transition us into the new normal. As we continue to forward through this difficult time teachers are more than excited to have us back. Whitewater teacher Mrs.Ligon states,”Currently I think that Fayette County is doing a great job. I feel that it was time for us to come back together, some students need to have in person access to their teachers.” The teachers and most of the students seem happier here at school full time. The virtuals days seem to be tough on everyone including the teachers, some explain that they were not a fan of the virtual days, although wednesdays still seem to be an exception. Therefore, I hope you have all enjoyed your one virtual day for the last week this week. Starting Monday the 9th of November, there will be no more virtual days as of right now. We will all be going to school monday through friday, normal school times unless you are to switch over to full time virtual. Make sure we are all keeping up with the safety precautions. Please continue to wear the mask and social distancing is important. Thank you all, Have a wonderful weekened. Go Cats!
