On a Sunday afternoon at a Montgomery park, two individuals were injured in a shooting incident. As per the authorities, the injuries sustained by both men were non-life threatening.

According to Montgomery Police Department Capt. Raymond Carson, the authorities were alerted about a person shot in the 5800 block of Hyde Park Drive at approximately 4:30 p.m. Upon arrival, the police and fire medics discovered a man with a non-life-threatening gunshot wound. The victim was immediately transported to a local hospital for medical treatment.

According to Carson, MPD promptly arrived at a nearby hospital after receiving a report of another individual who was shot. Upon arriving, they discovered a man who had suffered a gunshot wound that was not life-threatening. The incident was traced back to the 5800 block of Hyde Park Drive.

The day before the shooting incident, a rally to Stop the Violence was organized in the community park.
