Last month’s fatal shooting on Eastern Boulevard has resulted in the arrest of a second suspect by the Montgomery police. The suspect was apprehended recently and taken into custody.
William Melendez, a 22-year-old from Montgomery, has been accused of fatally shooting Noel Avido Lopez, also 22 years old and from Montgomery.
In that case, murder charges have been filed against 17-year-old Yesman Bardales-Antunez from Montgomery by the police.
They are currently being held without bond at the Montgomery County Detention Facility.
