Former NFL Player and Wife Arrested After Missing 14-Year-Old Son Found by Indiana Police

Police have located Bryson Muir, who had been missing for over two weeks. Bryson’s father is a former NFL player for the Indianapolis Colts. The authorities found Bryson during a raid in Logansport, Ind on Wednesday morning.

The police were ready for anything when they raided a religious group’s compound. The team consisted of heavily armed SWAT officers, K9s, and a bomb squad, among other professionals.

During a recent interview, CBS 4 Indianapolis . had the opportunity to speak with Sgt. Steven Glass of the Indiana State Police (ISP).

Glass emphasized the importance of being adequately prepared when dealing with situations like this. He stated, “We must be ready to face the unknown.” Fortunately, everything went smoothly, and the good news is that Bryson and everyone involved are safe.

Upon arriving at the location, the police officers encountered no opposition and were able to swiftly locate the 14-year-old boy. The parents of the minor were subsequently apprehended by the authorities.

Daniel Muir, Bryson’s father, faced charges of domestic battery and obstruction of justice, while his mother, Kristen Muir, was charged with obstruction of justice.

According to his grandmother, Cheryl Wright, the boy had been a victim of abuse since June. She revealed a photo depicting him with a black eye and a bloody lip. At first, the teenager’s parents were cooperative with the authorities; however, they failed to attend a meeting and a court date, which ultimately led to a raid on the compound.

According to Wright, her grandson may have been influenced by the religious organization and his parents to the point of being brainwashed.
