Cobb County police have announced that three individuals have been charged in connection with the death of a 20-year-old woman from Alpharetta, who was discovered deceased in Tennessee over six months ago.
According to the police, the accused individuals have been charged with concealing a death. While two of them were already in custody on different charges, the third suspect was apprehended in a different jurisdiction.
In August 2023, Maury-Ange Faith Martinez was reported missing by the authorities. According to the police, she was last seen near Powers Ferry Road, which she had gone to after being released from a county jail.
Martinez’ remains were discovered on January 5th in a rural area of Hamilton County, Tennessee, close to Chattanooga.
The suspects will be identified soon by the police, as they plan to release more information about them.
