A federal grand jury has indicted seven individuals for their involvement in a meth distribution conspiracy. The defendants hail from southwest Missouri or are Mexican nationals.

- Wilbert Pacheco-Salazar – Charges include meth conspiracy, possessing cocaine with intent to distribute, possessing a firearm.
- Frank Lee Chapman – Meth conspiracy, possessing meth with intent to distribute, felon in possession of a firearm.
- Omar Rosales-Olmos – Meth conspiracy, two counts of possessing meth with intent to distribute, possessing a firearm.
- Jaime Francisco Figueroa – Meth conspiracy, three counts of possessing meth with intent to distribute, possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a firearm.
- Issac Alan Schilling – Meth conspiracy, possessing meth with intent to distribute.
- Evan Lance Masters – Meth conspiracy, possessing meth with intent to distribute.
- Indelfonso Vazquez-Martinez – Meth conspiracy.
According to the indictment, the defendants were involved in the distribution of methamphetamine in Greene, Jasper, Newton, and Vernon counties from January 2020 to May 2024.
The indictment accuses Vazquez-Martinez and Rosales-Olmos of being involved in money laundering activities that are associated with the transfer of drug trafficking profits through financial transactions.
Several law enforcement agencies were involved in the investigation of the case, including the Springfield, Mo. Police Department, the Narcotics Enforcement Team, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Ozark Drug Enforcement Team, the Joplin, Mo. Police Department, the Newton County, Mo. Sheriff’s Department, the Jasper County, Mo. Sheriff’s Department, the Vernon County, Mo. Sheriff’s Department, and the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
