Drivers in Wisconsin’s Milwaukee area will face challenging conditions during their Monday morning commute, as strong winds and rising temperatures are expected.
The National Weather Service has issued a warning for gusts of up to 21 mph, especially along major highways like I-94 and I-43.
Although the skies will be clear, high-profile vehicles and those traveling in open areas should exercise caution due to the potentially difficult driving conditions caused by the wind.
On Monday, Milwaukee can expect a delightful day with temperatures reaching a pleasant 74°F, perfect for enjoying outdoor activities.
However, it is advisable for drivers and residents to secure any outdoor items as strong winds are expected. The winds are forecasted to calm down by Tuesday, accompanied by a drop in temperatures to the mid-60s.
With a high of 66°F, Tuesday will bring much cooler conditions to the area. As we look ahead to the upcoming week, we can expect some fluctuations in temperatures.
On Wednesday, we can anticipate a high of 69°F, although the mornings might be a bit chilly with temperatures in the upper 40s. Thursday will be relatively mild, featuring a high of 71°F and partly cloudy skies.
The cooler fall-like weather will continue into the weekend, with Friday and Saturday bringing highs in the mid-60s. If you’re an early riser, be prepared for brisk mornings as overnight lows are expected to be in the 40s until Saturday.
