Authorities report that Samaiya was last observed in the 3500 block of 16th Street, Northwest, on September 24, with the incident being officially reported to law enforcement on September 27. A Black female, standing at 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds, has been described with brown eyes and brown hair.
When she went missing, Samaiya was last seen in a red shirt, a pink sweater, navy blue pants, and pink and white shoes. Authorities are seeking assistance from the public in locating her.
