A groundbreaking $50 million settlement has been reached in response to accusations of price gouging at gas pumps across California.
The settlement covers all individuals who purchased gas in one of the 10 Southern California counties, including Kern County, during the period from February 20th to November 10th, 2015.
The deadline to file a claim on CalGasLitigation.com is January 8th. However, the exact amount of payout is still to be determined.
