Chicago volunteers travel to Wisconsin to increase voter participation in upcoming elections

Bettie Johnson expressed her enthusiasm for being a part of shaping the future.

Johnson, along with around 100 volunteers, hopped on buses in Chicago, heading towards Wisconsin, a key battleground state. Their mission: to motivate and rally residents to exercise their right to vote, as there was only a month left before Election Day.

Long-time Congressman Danny Davis sponsored the trip.

Sean Lewis from WGN has delved into their endeavors.
