Vice President Kamala Harris is set to return to Wisconsin on Thursday, October 17th, to continue her campaign efforts. She will make stops in Milwaukee, La Crosse, and Green Bay during her visit. This marks her sixth trip to Wisconsin since becoming the Democratic presidential nominee.
Governor Tim Walz will join the campaign trail as well, visiting Eau Claire and Green Bay on Monday to kick off a bus tour of Democratic governors who are supporting Harris. The tour, known as the “Driving Forward Blue Wall Bus Tour,” aims to engage with Midwesterners and discuss important issues.
Governor Tony Evers and Governor Gretchen Whitmer will also be part of the tour, emphasizing the importance of working together to move the state and nation forward.
Evers expressed his excitement about the campaign, stating, “Here in Wisconsin, we believe in doing the right thing, working together, and moving our state and nation forward.
We need partners who share that vision. Kamala Harris and Tim Walz will protect the freedoms we hold dear, defend our democracy, and deliver for our state. I’m excited to hit the road and make sure we keep the Blue Wall in place this November.”
The three-day tour will include multiple stops across Wisconsin, allowing Harris and the supporting governors to connect with the local communities. In addition to the tour, First Lady Jill Biden will be in Madison on Monday, while Vermont U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders will campaign for Harris in Milwaukee.
Apart from Wisconsin, Harris will also campaign in Pennsylvania and Michigan this week, further expanding her outreach efforts.

Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers and Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer are set to embark on a special journey called the “Driving Forward Blue Wall Bus Tour.” This tour aims to engage with the people of the Midwest and have meaningful conversations with them.

The three-day tour takes you to various destinations throughout Wisconsin.
In addition, Monday will see the presence of First Lady Jill Biden in Madison, as well as Vermont U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders lending his support to Harris by campaigning in Milwaukee.
Harris has plans to campaign in Pennsylvania and Michigan this week.
