According to Rep. Jasmine Crockett, a Democrat from Texas, it is the MAGA supporters and White supremacists, rather than illegal migrant gangs, who should be held responsible for the crime and unrest in cities.
According to Rep. Jasmine Crockett, D-Texas, she firmly believes that the responsibility for crime and unrest in communities lies with the “MAGA gang” rather than illegal immigrants.
Crockett criticized former President Trump for spreading falsehoods about migrant crime, asserting that the real problem was his failure to denounce White supremacists.
During an appearance on MSNBC’s “Velshi,” Crockett expressed agreement with the statement that cities and towns are facing an alarming rise in gang activity and uncontrollable crime.
However, Crockett emphasized that the main source of these problems lies within the MAGA gang and White supremacists, who have chosen to target places like Springfield, Ohio. While sharing the same concerns, Crockett differs in identifying the root causes of these issues.
“The issues lie with him and his followers, not with the individuals who have contributed to strengthening our economy and helping us recover from the aftermath of Covid-19 due to his lack of competence. I do acknowledge that there are problems within our communities, but often it is the actions of white supremacists that need to be addressed, and he has yet to condemn them,” she expressed.
Crockett also criticized Trump for not being truthful and for not providing adequate support to the hurricane-affected states. Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett placed the blame for crime in cities on former President Trump.
“He is simply not a leader if he actively seeks to harm people,” she concluded. In a straightforward statement on Friday, Trump expressed his belief that Kamala Harris, due to the violence and terror he believes she has inflicted on the community, is unfit to hold the presidency of the United States.
He firmly stated, “No person who has inflicted the violence and terror that Kamala Harris has inflicted on this community can ever be allowed to become the President of the United States.”
Texas authorities have successfully identified and apprehended members of the Tren de Aragua gang as well.
