According to court records in Milwaukee County, a 27-year-old woman named Sandi Ramona Goodman has been charged with repeated acts of child abuse and child neglect causing great bodily harm. She is currently in jail on a $50,000 bond.
According to the affidavit, a search of Goodman’s phone revealed text messages between her and the boy’s father on Sept. 30. In these messages, it was stated that the boy defecated on himself and began playing with it.
The father asked if she had disciplined him, to which Goodman responded, “I did smh.” Additionally, Goodman allegedly texted that the boy was smart in certain ways but overall slow. Investigators noted that Goodman had missed multiple doctor’s appointments that could have addressed any potential disabilities.
During their investigation, authorities reportedly discovered a series of Google searches made between September 23rd and October 5th. These searches were found to be potentially incriminating and raised suspicions.

Goodman was apprehended by the police on October 7th. Following her arrest, a judge issued a court order prohibiting her from contacting her three children. Her next court appearance is set for August 17th.
