Robert F. Kennedy Jr. hints at potential involvement in a Trump administration

Former independent presidential candidate, Robert F. Kennedy Jr., hinted at the possibility of having a role in a potential second Trump administration.

Kennedy stood outside the Department of Agriculture headquarters in Washington, D.C., passionately sharing a series of policy ideas he had for the food industry.

In a video he shared on Monday, Kennedy expressed his optimism for the future of American agriculture and health once Donald Trump takes office.

He confidently stated, “When Donald Trump gets me inside the building I’m standing outside of right now, it won’t be this way anymore. American agriculture will come roaring back, and so will American health.”

When President Trump brings me into the USDA, we will provide farmers with a solution to the current system that is detrimental to soil health, public health, and family farms.

The Trump campaign has stated that it is premature to discuss who would serve in a potential second Trump administration. However, President Trump himself has expressed his admiration for Kennedy and has hinted at the possibility of including him in his administration.

“We are going to restore the health of America. And you know who will lead the way? RFK Jr. He has some great ideas,” Trump proclaimed during a recent rally in Reading, Pennsylvania. Additionally, Kennedy is a member of Trump’s transition team, a position he holds in the event of a successful outcome in the November election.”

According to the HBO show Last Week Tonight, Kennedy’s campaign revealed in August that there had been discussions between Trump and Kennedy about a potential Cabinet position.

Specifically, they mentioned the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), which is responsible for overseeing important agencies such as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), and the National Institutes of Health (NIH).

Some science experts express concerns about Kennedy’s involvement in this role because of his history of spreading false information about vaccines and promoting conspiracy theories about new technology like 5G. The World Health Organization reports that vaccines prevent up to 5 million deaths annually and have saved 154 million lives in the last 50 years.

During the summer when Kennedy decided to suspend his presidential campaign, he made a strong appeal to his supporters in swing states, urging them to vote for Trump.
