A supporter of Kamala Harris in California was left baffled when a UPS worker was captured on video, placing small signs supporting Donald Trump on her lawn while delivering packages across the street.
According to Bailes, the delivery person was not dropping off a package at his house but instead at the house across the street. Bailes noticed on his Ring camera that the delivery person had placed something on his lawn.
According to the outlet, Davis police stated that despite the peculiar behavior, no actual crime had been committed.
Bailes expressed his confusion and inability to understand the motives behind the actions, saying, “I have no idea why he did it. I can’t imagine you know what he thought he’d gain by these little signs.”
Upon reporting the incident, Bailes alerted UPS, which subsequently launched an internal investigation into the driver.
UPS told KCRA that while they respect the right of all Americans to support their chosen candidate, they ask their employees to express their political views on their own time.
