Illegal immigrant from Honduras is accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl in Iowa

Fox News Digital has confirmed that an Honduran illegal immigrant is accused of sexually abusing a 12-year-old child in Iowa.

The most recent instance of an alleged illegal immigrant crime is this one.

According to Iowa court records that Fox was able to obtain, Junior Manuel Dubon Benitez, 18, was accused of second-degree sexual abuse. The claimed event, which took place in February, concerned “sexual abuse upon Jane Doe, a 12-year-old child.”The Washington Examiner broke the story of the documents first, stating that on May 14, Benitez entered a guilty plea in Iowa District Court located in Black Hawk County.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) informed Fox News Digital. In April 2022, Dubon Benitez, a native of Honduras, entered the country illegally through Hidalgo, Texas. According to ICE, the prison has given it a detainer, which is a request that, upon his release, the agency turn him over so that it can start removal proceedings.

The accusations coincide with an ongoing southern border crisis that has gained national attention due in part to many high-profile incidents that are purportedly the result of illegal immigration.

Twelve-year-old Jocelyn Nungaray died in Houston last month, and two illegal immigrants from Venezuela were accused of capital murder. Before being bound and executed, the authorities claimed that she had been “lured” beneath a Houston bridge.

The arrests occurred the same week that an Ecuadorian national who was in the country illegally was taken into custody for a broad daylight sex attack in which police claimed a man brandishing a machete sexually assaulted a 13-year-old girl in a park in New York City.

Additionally, authorities declared that Rachel Morin, a mother of five from Maryland, had been murdered, and that they had apprehended an illegal immigrant from El Salvador. These incidents are a part of a larger trend of illegal immigrants committing crimes in the United States.Last week’s presidential debate brought attention to the matter when former President Trump accused President Biden of the crimes.

“We no longer have borders, so they are killing our people in New York, California, and every other state in the US. “Today, every state is a border,” declared Trump. “And because of his absurd, deranged, and really foolish actions, individuals are entering our country and murdering our countrymen at a rate that has never been seen before.

“It is known as migrant crime. I refer to it as “Biden Migrant Crime.” They are murdering our people at a rate we have never seen before.”
