Suspect Arrested in Fatal Crash That Claimed Girlfriend's Life

Earlier this year, a fatal crash occurred in Miami-Dade County, and now authorities have arrested in connection to the incident. The arrest was made in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

According to authorities, the individual accountable for the accident that resulted in the death of 33-year-old Meylin Munoz Romero was 38-year-old  Marvin Cisneros Garcia, who was her boyfriend.

Authorities report that after the crash, Munoz Romero was left behind without any attempt to receive aid or report the incident to first responders by Garcia, a Nicaraguan national who fled the scene.

On April 28, a crash occurred in the unincorporated Miami-Dade County at the intersection of Northwest 17th Avenue and 95th Street, resulting in injuries to six individuals.

The judge in Miami-Dade ruled that Garcia would be held without bond due to the nature of the case, despite the initial bond being set at $50,000. Additionally, Garcia is currently being detained on an immigration hold.
