When Doug Mills, a photographer from The New York Times, arrived at the Donald J. Trump rally in Butler, Pennsylvania last Saturday, he expected it to be a routine event. He was prepared to take pictures of the former President delivering his speech to a packed crowd. However, the rally turned out to be anything but normal.
During the last day of the Republican National Convention in Milwaukee, Julia Fello had the opportunity to sit down with Mills and listen to his side of the story. Mills shared what the former President told him after seeing the image that captured the moving bullet.
