‘The View’ Compelled to Broadcast Controversial Political Ad Featuring Hosts Compared to Nazis and Disturbing Images of Abortions

ABC issued a warning to its viewers regarding a highly controversial political advertisement that the network was compelled to broadcast. The advertisement made a disturbing comparison between the co-hosts of The View and Nazis, and also featured graphic imagery of abortions.

During the last break of Thursday’s episode of “The View,” a commercial was aired. Prior to its airing, a message appeared on the screen, informing viewers that it was a paid political advertisement and that the ABC Television Network was obligated to broadcast it according to federal law.

The message also warned that the commercial may contain scenes that could be disturbing to children, advising viewer discretion.

According to an article by Entertainment Weekly, the advertisement was created by a lesser-known presidential candidate named Randall Terry.

The video opens with a depiction of Miley Cyrus licking a cake, accompanied by the message “abortion is healthcare” alongside a picture of Whoopi Goldberg.

The commercial showcases images of all six co-hosts of The View, along with prominent media personalities and celebrities like Jake Tapper, Dana Bash, Taylor Swift, and Oprah Winfrey.

The shocking political advertisement features individuals who strongly advocate for the accessibility of women’s healthcare and reproductive rights.

A CNN representative stated that the advertisement featuring presidential candidate Randall Terry, which unjustly and inexplicably compares several respected CNN journalists and commentators to Nazis, is not only outrageous but also antisemitic and dangerous.
