Al Pacino quits alcohol after experiencing frightening ‘blackouts’

“The ambulance arrived at my house within minutes. I was in a critical condition, with no pulse. It felt like I was gone,” shared the star of “The Godfather.”

“There were about six paramedics and two doctors in the living room, all wearing outfits that resembled something out of a sci-fi movie,” he recounted.

In regards to death, Pacino expressed, “I didn’t witness the white light or any other phenomenon. There was simply nothing. I had never contemplated it before in my entire life.

But you know how actors are: it sounds impressive to say that I have experienced death. What does it mean when there is nothing left?”
