Elon Musk increases payment offer to $100 for individuals who sign petition

Billionaire Elon Musk has increased his financial offer for registered swing state voters to sign a conservative-leaning petition. In a recent post on X, Musk announced that his pro-Trump super PAC would now be giving $100 to individuals who sign the petition, as well as those who refer others to do the same.

“If you are a registered voter in Pennsylvania, you and the person who referred you will now receive $100 for signing our petition advocating for free speech and the right to bear arms,” Musk announced.

In early October, Musk introduced the petition and referral incentive. His America PAC unveiled the petition, expressing support for the Constitution’s First and Second amendments.

As a reward for referring a registered swing state voter to sign the petition, Musk pledged to send a check. Currently, the checks will be mailed to the registered addresses of voters in Pennsylvania.

Elon Musk, the wealthiest individual on the planet, has been actively advocating for swing state voters in Pennsylvania to support former President Donald Trump.

In a recent statement, Musk emphasized the significance of the 2024 election, highlighting its potential impact on both the future of America and the destiny of Western civilization.

Elon Musk, who had previously declared his intention to remain apolitical, has experienced a significant shift in his stance, now actively supporting conservative causes since assuming control of X, formerly known as Twitter.

This summer, he publicly endorsed Trump and has been actively involved in providing extensive support to the candidate. Recent reports reveal that Musk has generously donated a staggering $75 million to his own pro-Trump super PAC.

Elon Musk also accompanied Trump at a campaign rally held in Pennsylvania. Moreover, he has expressed his intention to host town halls in the state, considering it a pivotal factor in the upcoming election. These town halls are scheduled to take place until Monday.

Musk’s America PAC has taken the initiative to run advertisements on popular social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram to encourage voter registration in key swing states.

In August, the PAC gathered voter data, but it selectively directed specific zip codes to an official voter registration site, which sparked a considerable amount of controversy.

Authorities in Michigan and North Carolina looked into whether the website was misleading voters, although Michigan concluded that there was no evidence of violating state campaign finance regulations.
